The canonical committee announced on April 14 that our new interim priest will be The Venerable Philippa Segrave-Pride who is currently Assistant to the Rector / Pastoral Care Christ Church Cathedral, Archdeacon of Burrard and Archdeacon of Lougheed.  

Philippa is an experienced parish priest (from her time in the UK) and has, from her more recent roles as archdeacon, recent experience assisting parishes during times of transition.  The committee members who met with the candidates are confident that Philippa will be a great “fit” for our community and we are all excited to work with her. 

Philippa will start her ministry at St. Clement's on June 1.  Parish Council will arrange other supply clergy for the balance of the Sundays between Easter and June (Apr. 28 and May 5, 12 and 26).  Philippa is expected to be with us for one year while we work toward calling a new rector.  If you have questions, please contact your wardens,  Delayne and Phoebe.
