St. Clement's is delighted to be partnering with local mom Eva Lee, who is generously donating her time and talent (and a few of her friends!) to offer a sourdough bread-making workshop in our parish hall.

Eva and her crew will help us celebrate our new kitchen with this fun and informative session. Participants will be making dough enough for two loaves of artisan sourdough, which they will take home for refrigeration and final touches before baking. Eva will demonstrate the whole process at the workshop, including shaping the dough and scoring designs on the top. And while we watch her demo, we will be snacking on a variety of sourdough treats!

Each participant will come away with everything they need to continue the bread-making journey at home. That includes a lidded container, sourdough starter, razors for scoring your bread, a recipe and tip sheet, and more! The cost for materials is $20; please bring cash on the day of the workshop.

Space is limited to 16, so please sign up with Peggy by Thanksgiving Sunday!
