It's time to get together for a parish update! And since we wuz robbed of our usual Pancake Breakfast at the annual vestry meeting in February, we are going to take this opportunity to put some flap in our jacks, too.
After morning prayer on May 30, you are invited to swing by the church parking lot to pick up a pancake-and-sausage breakfast to take home with you (pick up will be at church between 10:45 and 11:15; North Van delivery will be available to those who require it). You'll get home just in time to put your brekkie in the microwave and tune into a special parish meeting beginning at 11:45.
During our Zoom meeting we will hear a presentation from the building and grounds group that was recently shared with Parish Council. Parish Council is in support of these next steps in our building revitalization program and hopes you will come to the meeting to learn more and ask questions. You'll also hear an update on the projects that were endorsed at this year's vestry meeting and are well under way.
Reservations for your pancake breakfast will be required and an online sign-up will be sent out in the Good News Gazette soon. Deadline for your pancake RSVP is noon on Thursday, May 27.
