DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n \nDavid and I appreciate and enjoy doing art of m
 any forms\, and we like to include the social aspect of sharing it with ot
 her people. Our idea to host this event first came from David wanting to b
 e able to have a space to bring other bonsai artists to work on trees and 
 socialize\, but after some further thought\, we decided that it would be m
 ore fun to open it up to everyone- both non-parishioners and parishioners-
  and to expand the types of art that can be done to more than bonsai.\n \
 nIf you don’t know\, bonsai is a Japanese art form that literally means 
 (trees or shrubs) “planted in container” but actually is much more inv
 olved. Trees and shrubs of many species can be used\, and the idea is to m
 imic the natural beauty and structure of large trees but keep them in a mi
 niature form. It is a lot more complicated than it seems\, and a good bons
 ai tree takes many years and a lot of patience and care. David thinks of h
 is trees as friends.\n \nIf you’d like to bring a small shrub or tree t
 o work on\, David or other artists could probably help you. Or you can jus
 t come to watch. If you decide that you’d like to try this hobby\, David
  can help you to find good material.\n \nIn regards to other art forms\, 
 our thoughts are that you can bring whatever you’d like and the material
 s you need to do what you’d like. If you want to include others\, you ca
 n\, but if not\, you don’t have to.\n \nIt would be nice if you could l
 et us know if you’re coming\, but if you decide to drop in at the last m
