The North Vancouver Regional Council is a committee formed to facilitate the joint work of all Anglican worshipping communities in North Vancouver. The Regional Council continues work that commenced with a joint Ministry Assessment Process (“MAP”) exercise from 2009 to 2010. This joint MAP was the first of its kind in Canada and North Vancouver Anglican communities continue to pioneer joint ministry through the work of the Regional Council.
The Regional Council includes as voting members all ordained clergy, plus two elected members and an alternate from each worshipping community. A treasurer from one of the communities and a non-voting Chair and note-taker further assist the Regional Council which meets regularly.
The Regional Council and its predecessor MAP team have prepared various reports with respect to plans for ministry in the region.
St. Clement’s Regional Council representatives are:
Reverend Lynne McNaughton
Reverend Elizabeth Mathers
Delayne Sartison
John Stowe
Lynda Faivre-Duboz (Treasurer)
Please contact any of the above representatives for more information about the regional work of Anglican worshipping communities in North Vancouver.
